Accessibility

Our commitment, and how to tell us about a barrier.

This site is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and checked on every change. If something is in your way, say so and we fix it.

Accessibility statement

Built to be used by everyone.

The site is the first thing a federal buyer sees from us. It has to pass the audit we would run on theirs.

Dynamosys builds accessible systems for a living, so this site is held to the standard we hold client work to: WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That also satisfies Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, whose technical standard is WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

How we check

  • Every deployment runs an automated audit (axe-core) of every page at phone and desktop sizes, with the menu open and closed, plus a reflow check at 320 CSS pixels. One failure blocks the release.
  • A keyboard-only and screen-reader pass (VoiceOver with Safari, NVDA with Firefox) when a page template is built or changed.
  • Color contrast is fixed in the design system rather than checked page by page: text is at least 4.5:1 against its background, and controls and focus indicators at least 3:1.

What that means when you use the site

  • A skip link, named landmarks, one heading structure per page, and a visible focus ring on everything you can operate.
  • Nothing depends on color alone, hover, or a pointer. The site works with a keyboard, a switch device, or a screen reader, and at 400% zoom.
  • Animation respects the "reduce motion" setting of your operating system.
  • Text can be resized and re-spaced without losing content or function, in portrait or landscape.

Known limitations

  • The bot check on forms. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party widget. It usually passes without any interaction; when it asks for one, that step is Cloudflare's, and the form works without it if the check is off.
  • Video posts. Videos play in YouTube's embedded player, whose controls are YouTube's. Every video post carries its own summary in text.
  • PDF downloads. White papers are PDFs, and each one's accessibility depends on how it was produced. Ask and we will send the content of any document in another form.

If you find something else, we want to hear about it.

Tell us

Page, assistive technology, what happened. That is all we need to reproduce it.
